Upozornění: Neinstalujte ovladače řady 191.xx na systémy s nForce čipsety, hrozí zničení hardwaru

191.xx drivery totiž likvidují desky s NF200 a podle některých zpráv i s jinými...

Problém se neprojeví ihned, ale za 24-36 hodin od nainstalování ovladače. Nezáleží, jaké GeForce je v systému, jde o kombinaci driveru a základní desky. Nejprve se neděje nic, pak se sníží stabilita i na nepřetaktovaných systémech a postupně se projevuje v různě náročných hrách. Pokud není ovladač včas odinstalován, může dojít ke zničení hardwaru (deska či grafika, ale někteří uživatelé mají podezření i na poškození jiných komponent).

IMO most likely the new drivers (that might be OK alone) cause a butterfly effect on boards with NF200, 790i, etc. resulting in (sorry to say that) physical damage to some on-board components e.g. due to overheating, overvolting, wrong frequencies, you name it.
The root cause of this problem may be some bugs in BIOS programming for NF200, 790i, etc.

With a voltmeter, i scaled the PCIE lanes and found a spike in the 191.07 drivers that were not present in the 190.38 drivers I was using previously.

So, like others here, I seem to have incurred hardware damage as a result of the 191.07 drivers. I'll have to try another video card to determine if the damage is just to the card, or if my motherboard got fried too. (I have never OCed anything on my PC.)

According to a EVGA tech installing 195.39s may help, but if damage has already been done it won't help. I have had 2 video cards and 1 motherboard trashed with these drivers.

Its pretty frustrating when you cannot even trust a GPU driver. I mean has anyone ever heard of a GPU driver doing this much damage to peoples hardware?

Definitely considering going "red" on my next GPU purchase.
