Hijacker with the help of NEO finally removed the DVD ripping and DVD-R/RW/+R/+RW speed limitation/bug? for the Toshiba SD-M1612 and SD-M1712.
They also removed the 40X CD read limit for some SD-M1612 firmware making the drive compatible with DVD+R/+RW.
