Pokud sis to nezpusobila sama a neznas tedy heslo, mas 2 moznosti - dat to do servisu a nebo preinstalovat OS. Ovsem da se zkusit jeste tohle:

Press key combination Windows Key + R at a time. Run box will open up. Type msconfig .

Go to Services tab. Stop the services for elock. After that restart your pc.

Right click on your My Computer icon. Click Manage. In Storage branch, select Disk Management. In disk management assign a letter to your cd-rom. After assigning the letter, again open Run box (WIndows Key + R). Type appwiz.cpl .
Add & remove program list will populate. Uninstall Elock from the list.

Restart again.
