Jo abych nezapomnel: pravdepodobne nejocekavanejsi hra soucasnosti, totiz Crysis, pokracovani FarCry, ktera pobezi na CryoEngine 2.... co myslite, je ST, nebo MT? Autori jsou totiz ocividne take tupci, ktery to take nepochopili a udelali to, to byste neuhadli.......multithreadove. Takze to bude jiste "prasarna se snizenou vystupni kvalitou", vid Eagle, radeji to ani nebudu zkouset. Vecna skoda no. Kdo videl trailery, tomu musi byt jasny, ze to je teda vazne prasarna. No fakt me zajima, jak to pobezi na SC. ...sorry za flame, ale tohle je trochu moc...
Jeste jedna poznamka: nikdo tu netvrdi, ze naprogramovat hru MT je jednoduche, ani ja jsem to (doufam) nikde nenapsal. Porad ale tvrdim, ze to jde a hlavne, ze se tak nove dobre hry psat budou, coz se ukazuje jako pravda. Stejne tak video / audio codeky se postupne stavaji MT. A myslim, ze uz i lidi typu Eagle zacinaji chapat, ze Mutli-core zase az tak uplne marny neni a ze brzy to bude treba na hrani narocnych her nutnost.

Also of note from the report are a couple of other things. Mainly that Crysis will run on both DX9 and DX10 and on Windows Vista and Windows XP. A video card supporting Shader Model 2.0 is the minimum, period. Don't bother with anything less. The CryEngine 2 as its called, can scale back quite a bit, around 2 years according to Crysis-Online, and scale ahead around 1.5 years or so. Crysis will utilize multi threaded CPU's which means the game will support Quad Core processors.
