KOntaktoval jsem meho providera jestli by mi mohl povolit port 21.Po pul hodine mi volal zpet ze zmeny jsou udelany.Ftp porad nejelo.Kdyz jsem zkousel vas odkaz na testovani portu tak mi to vypsalo tohle :
