Attention! - "restart issue"

The Chill Innovation Power Supplies are equipped with a 'Diagnose Circuit' which will constantly monitor itself and the entire PC system for power related errors.

On the first production of the new CP-450A2 and CP-520A2 we have experienced a compatibility issue with some configurations. If you shut down your computer and want to turn it on immediately after, it might not be able to start up right away the second time.

The only way to be able start up again is to remove the power plug and wait a while for the PSU to "reset". In some cases the PSU will not 'reset' properly after the power has been disconnected and therefore needs replacement. If you experience this issue please contact us/your dealer for an instant replacement.

This issue is not related to specific configurations and will not cause any system damage as it is not related to current/voltages.

The issue has already been solved and therefore only affects a few customers who bought one of the first shipments available. Even though it only affects a few customers, we decided to announce this to avoid any confusions and speculations about the issue and our production in general.
