XGI a UMC spolupracují na IGP "Vista ready"

HKEPC has some exclusive slides on a possible collaboration between XGI and SIS. on its forthcoming integrated chipset, the 770, scheduled for realease early next year. HKEPC argues that a DirectX 9 part will be necessary for Vista. Current SIS integrated parts are DirectX 7 compatible only. ULI might also collaborate with XGI for the same reason with the former looking to displace VIA and SIS as the second best choice after Nvidia.
