The TCC5 part is the same dye as TCCD just binned out different. Instead of rating at 500Mhz as TCCD is, the TCC5 is rated at 466. The TCC5 can hold tight timings if properly binned at PC3200 speeds and even over, just like TCCD. However, with Samsung limiting TCCD output, TCC5 has become more viable option for these lower end parts that don't need TCCD.

U TCC5 zrejme zalezi na revizi... mam oba druhy doma, kingstony TCCD a A-data 466 TCC5 no a ty TCC5ky na CL2 postnou max. na 190Mhz ve shode s tim, co se pise na netu. Tam se taky pise, ze daj az 270@CL3.
