Asi by bylo fer sdelit i druhe reseni, ktere na tom foru nekdo pise:

Right click on the UT2004 icon >>> (Advanced Tab or compatibility Tab) choose the option for run in Windows ME or Win98 mode.
that did the trick for me. I have WinXP Sp2, running on an AMD machine.
