Originating from ELSA, this is ForceWare 76.10

These drivers are date stamped at the 24th of February 2005 making them the absolute newest set to date.

A lot of graphics cards are supported in this set and it does seem to fix quite some issues, among them the reported:
- temperature bug is gone
- Splinter Cell (Chaos Theory demo) lightning bug is fixed
- no shiny grass in Counter Strike.
