Ad Terminal Server - to je edition W2K Serveru, jako např. Standard, Enterprise, atd. a ten je právě na tohle.

3rd party apps jsou celkem jednoduchý - buď full alternativa Terminal Serveru (Citrix, ale tam je to licenčně ještě složitější), nebo nějaký šidítko (jsou jich spousty) - právě jako NetMeeting, VNC, DameWare, atd., atd.
