Oni tady na podpore u Serv-U pisou neco o tom:

FXP / (Server-to-Server) Transfers

There are only a couple options in Serv-U that would block a FXP transfer:
First, under "Local Server" and the Settings area. Select the "General" tab and make sure the "Block 'FTP_bounce' attacks and FXP" option is unchecked. While we are on this screen in Serv-U also make sure you have not limited the "Max. no of users" to a single connection.
Second, select the domain you have setup and then the Settings area. Here, on the General tab make sure the "Max no. of users" is not limited either. (leaving these options blank is usually the best option).
Finally, select the User account that will be logging in and doing the FXP. Again select the "General" tab and make sure that "Max no. of users" is not set to 1.
