If your motherboard PCB version is Y3, we can not guarantee that the
motherboard fully supports the 166mhz FSB (it must be Y5) because
the motherboard is based on kt333 chipset, it only supports AMD CPUs
to 133 mhz FSB. For the reason, there is still a possibility that the
mainboard will not run at 166MHz FSB while the CPU such as a XP
1700+ is applied to it. If you would like to support 166mhz FSB, maybe
you can try to contact your local distributor and send the motherboard
for repair.
