Some more information has been leaked and confirmed.

R600 XTX : 1GB Memory GDDR4
R600 XT: 512MB Memory GDDR4
R600 XL: 512MB Memory GDDR3

RV610 and RV630 were scheduled for April, but have been pushed back by a month to May and it could even become a bit later than that.

RV630 is the replacement for the X1650Pro and X1650XT.
RV610Pro & RV610LE are the replacements for the X1300 series.

And last but not least, in Q3 the RV670 will be launched which is the replacement for the popular X1950Pro.

That the lowend and midrange AMD cards are slipping a month (or more) doesn't have to be bad since nVidia hasn't shipped out their G84 and G86 designkits to manufacturers. And if they don't do it by early next week, the launch of their cards will most likely also slip from the end of March to April because of the Chinese New Year.
