Podle vseho by treti karta mela pocitat fyziku.The whispers are that ATI is now asking mobo makers to make their high-end boards with slots for three 16x GPUs. All three slots may not need to have a full 16 lanes routed to them, 4 or 8 may work out fine, but the slot physically must be 16x.
Nevim jak to prijde vam, ale podle me zacina byt tenhle zavod o vyssi pocet GPU v PC dost absurdni.

ATI Takes on Physics
Cely clanek a jejich prezentaci si muzete prohlidnout na [H]ard|OCP.ATI says they have the best physics processing in the world stating that their branch execution unit eliminates much overhead as compared to team Green. Also ATI says they are going to be simply faster than an Ageia PhysX card even with using a X1600 XT and that a X1900 XT should deliver 9 X the performance of an Ageia PhysX card. ATI does not see their physics technology as an offload for the CPU but rather processes a new category of features know as “effects physics.”
As for launch dates, ATI stated they are now rolling the technology out to game developers with Havok’s support. Hopefully we will see games by the end of the year or early next year. ATI states that Boundless Gaming will be rolled out when the need exists in the market place.

Ja uz na to kaslu. Kaslu na NV, ATI a vsechny tydle firmy. Co po nas jako krucinal chcou ? 3 grafiky v kompu a kazda za 10+ litru. Opravdu se mi nelibi kam tento herni prumysl smeruje. Stale vic uvazuju o konzoli achjo..Původně odeslal Masster

presne tak! hry na pc upadaju co sa hratelnosti tyka (cest vynimkam), treba mat v pc 2 cpu, 2-3 gpu, kopu ram, silny zdroj a este clovek riesi problemy, hlucne je to, zerie to vela
posledne drvim god of war na starej ps2 a som plne spokojny
vidim to mat pc na beznu pracu, to nestoji vela a konzolu na hry
ale zas trochu k teme... vela ludi sa davnejsie stazovalo, ze pc nie je skalovatelne tak teraz je tu moznost prihodit postupne grafiky

Ale kdo rika, ze v tom tretim slotu musi byt high end grafika? Nerikala nahodou ati, ze tam bude stacit i radeon typu x1600 ?? Jestli ati nekeca (nebo jestli alespon nekeca moc), tak by to byla lepsi volba nez AGEIA.
