first
you need to install a x264 decoder and this
Matroska Splitter.exe
second
you start the
TimeCodec.exe and open a x264 encoded file with your choice for a x264 decoder.
(The best way is to open a sample, that way it doesn't take too long.
Set to vmr7, vmr9 or overlay mixer because null is no rendering!)
hit start.
[*]Examples of decoders
ffdshow, coreAVC, Cyberlink, Ateme, Nero, Elecard, Mainconcept, Moonlight, Videosoft
[*]The most common decoders

After Timecodec is ready
you get something like this:

[*]user -means: application usage time
[*]kernel -means: system usage time
[*]total -means: total decoding time
[*]fps -means: frames per second
[*]dfps -means: display frames per second
