Prosím o radu s JS vs. PHP

Zdravím Vás. Bude zde někdo tak hodný a řekne mi jak tento problém vyřešit nebo-li odstranit? Mám jeden php dokument, který funguje, ale jakmile se do něj vloží js přestane fungovat a stránka se nenačte vůbec.
