I am MR EMMANUEL AGUARIAVWODO the Directors' Affairs Committee on contract
award Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC)There is a contract payment to
be made to a foriegn company that did a contract/supply of TRANSFORMER in this
COMMISSION in 2003 and till 2006, nobody has come for this payment uptill now
but i have tried personal to locate the company but its seems that the company
is no more in exitance thats why am writing you if you can present in your
company profile as the company that did these contract/supply with NDDC. After
going through some old files in the records, I discovered that if I do not
remit this money out urgently, it would be forfeited for nothing.

In order to execute and transfer out out of NDDC ACCOUNT. I have picked up trust
and courage to look for a
reliable and trustworthy COMPANY like you's who will be capable of this
important transaction believing that you will never let me down either now or
in the future since you have a reliable company.

I have contacted Australian embassy here and they are not aware of this COMPANY
infomations, therefore the account has no other beneficiary and my
investigation proved to me as well that his COMPANY is not to be found.

I am contacting you based on the fact that you are a foreigner, because this
money can only be approved for payment to a foreign COMPANY,as this
CONTRACT/PAYMENT money is in US Dollars, hence the former COMPANY of this SUM
is a foreigner too. I know that this LETTER will come to you as a surprise as
we don't know ourselves before, however, I based my move on trust and God's
directive and we still have to meet possibly, sign some agreement before the
final APPROVAL of the CONTRACT/PAYMENT to you/COMPANY.

All I require from you is your honest co-operation to enable us see this PROJECT
through. I guarantee that this transaction will be executed under a legitimate
arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law.
