Fixes the issue while S4 resumed, the MAC Address of onboard LAN chip can not correctly display.
Adds the following settings for "CPU Shutdown Temperature".
80C/176F
85C/185F
90C/194F
Changes the default setting of "CPU Warning Temperature".
Fixes the problem that if "Land Boot Rom" setup to Enable, it would hang while resumed from S4 mode.
Revises the item help of "Shut down When CPU Fan Fail".

Revise CPU Temperature in "PC Health" page.
Fixes the problem if set up "Land Boot Rom" enabled, it would hang while resumed from S4 mode.
Adds the item help of "Smart Fan Speed Control".
The Hardware Monitoring tool needs to be updated to "HWM_BH7V15.EXE" together with BIOS update.
